Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island included in the images.
Additionally contained in this new document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing various sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Further materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
